The villa has two large Italian marble floored lounges, each has a wall mounted 50 inch flat screen TV, with comfortable corner sofas and chairs for chill-out time. In one lounge, there is a dining table where you can have a formal meal or a casual snack. A Sony PS3 games console, board games and books can be enjoyed from these lounges. Both lounges look over the pool area, one being through the patio doors.

This excellent accommodation has a South-West facing extended pool and deck area giving lots of sun throughout the day. The pool area is very quiet, private and not overlooked. For your comfort there are four padded sun loungers, six padded chairs, foot stools, a small drinks table and a patio table with parasol.

The villa is wheelchair friendly, with a downstairs en-suite bedroom.
