The master bedroom is fully carpeted and decorated to a high standard with a king-size bed (6'6'') with luxury bedding. There is a 50'' TV to watch from the comfort of your bed and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Furniture includes two bedside cabinets with draws and lighting on them plus a full sized chest of draws. A large window allows you to gaze out of to the exceptional views of the pool and golf course.

This bedroom has a large marbled floored en-suite consisting of twin sinks with bright lights over mirrors, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, roman bath and a toilet. There is also a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers.

This Queen bedroom is carpeted, has luxury bedding and overlooks the front of the villa. Furniture includes 2 bedside chest of draws with lighting and a ceiling fan.  A TV is attached to the wall for your entertainment and there is a walk in wardrobe. This bedroom has an en-suite consisting of a bath with an overhead shower, sink, toilet and a hairdryer. There are bright lights over mirrors and a ceiling extractor fan.

This Queen bedroom looks out to the front of the villa and is decorated to a high standard with a queen-size bed (5') with over head reading lamps and luxury bedding. This bedroom is carpeted and includes 2 bedside chest of draws with duel USB charging points and lighting on them, plus a full sized chest of draws.  There is a TV to watch, a walk in wardrobe and a ceiling fan.

There are two twin bedrooms each with two full-size beds (3'3''), luxury bedding and each with a flat screen TV. They both have built in wardrobes, a chest of draws, are carpeted and have ceiling fans.

The family bathroom situated upstairs consists of two sinks, toilet, bath with overhead shower and a hairdryer.  There are bright lights over mirrors.

The fully equipped spacious marble counter top kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, American fridge/freezer with ice making facility, coffeemaker, juicer, toaster, garbage disposal unit. The kitchen has enough glasses, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans to cook and eat a simple meal or a full meal. China crockery is provided to eat in the villa and sets of picnic items when eating and drinking around the pool. There is a modern breakfast table and chairs. The utility/laundry room which connects with the kitchen houses a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

The two large beautiful Italian marble floored lounges, each have 50 inch flat screen wall mounted TVs with  comfortable corner sofas and chairs for chill-out time. In one lounge, there is a dining table where you can have a formal meal or a casual snack. A PS3 game consule, board games and books can be enjoyed from these lounges. Both lounges look over the pool area, one being through the patio doors.
